Front Row @ Chanel Spring 2019 Haute Couture

Chanel presented their Spring 2019 Haute Couture collection in front of ambassadors including Kristen Stewart, plus other celebrities (who I hope to see wearing Chanel in the future) today (January 2) in Paris.

Marion Cotillard: The French actress looked endlessly chic in her Chanel Spring 2019 look styled with Gianvito Rossi gold-tipped pumps. This might just be the first time I’ve loved those cycle-style shorts on the red carpet.

Tilda Swinton: The always effortless Tilda Swinton made this Chanel Pre-Fall 2019 look her own. This is the very definition of chic, because she didn’t try too hard.

Tessa Thompson: While the quilted bag as a necklace isn’t working for me, I love the simple vibe of her Chanel look. It seemed too be the theme of the day at this event.

Marion Cotillard In Chanel – César Revelations 2019

France’s equivalent of the Oscars toasted the next generation of stars at Le Petit Palais in Paris on Monday (January 14), at the annual César Revelations shortlist event, ahead of the main event on February 22.

Marion Cotillard, who has won two Best Supporting Actress César’s Awards for ‘A Very Long Engagement’ and ‘ La Vie en Rose’ (wearing Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2008), was present at the event wearing a Chanel Pre-Fall 2019 look.

I’m always been drawn to Marions’ non-conformist style, so it’s so good to see her free and expressive on the red carpet.

Front Row @ Chanel Pre-Fall 2019

The Chanel Pre-Fall 2019 fashion show took place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Wednesday (December 5). The front row was a sight to behold with a range of breathtaking looks.

Margot Robbie: After wearing the designer to the ‘Mary Queen of Scots’ New York premiere, the Australian beauty donned a voluminous Chanel Spring 2019 dress. With its trapeze silhouette and frills it had a light-as-air feel, but the black helped ground the look and give it a more formal finish.

Penelope Cruz: The Spanish actress might not have had the easiest time sitting in this Chanel Pre-Fall 2017 gown but the feather-adorned style made a statement. She removed the delicate pink belt, but I’m curious to see how it would have looked with a darker style.

Marion Cotillard In Chanel Haute Couture – Opening Season Paris Opera Ballet

Marion Cotillard In Chanel Haute Couture - Opening Season Paris Opera Ballet

Marion Cotillard attended the Opening Season Paris Opera Ballet Gala as part of the Paris Fashion Week on Thursday (September 27) in France.

It still feels strange to put the words Marion Cotillard and Chanel in the same sentence, but French actress was looking very elegant in a look from their Spring 2013 Haute Couture collection.

I love how the patent leather boots give an edge to the lady-like look, as she all know Marion’s real red carpet M.O. has plenty of bite.

With beautiful looks like this, do you see Marion’s as a Chanel ambassador in the future?

Marion Cotillard In Chanel Haute Couture – ‘Sink Or Swim (Le Grand Bain)’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

For her fourth look of the 2018 Cannes Film Festival, Marion Cotillard continued to keep us on our toes with her range of looks at the ‘Sink Or Swim (Le Grand Bain)’ premiere on Sunday (May 13), where she joined Isabelle Huppert, Jane Fonda, and Araya A. Hargate.

Looking to the Chanel Fall 2014 Haute Couture for inspiration, she offered a darling sense of prim Parisian charm in this bow-accented, tiered frock which was obviously modified and lengthened out of appropriateness for the setting.

Some might still say this dress, styled with Chopard jewels, was too understated for the likes of Cannes.

However, Marion did look lovely, carrying it all off with an unpretentious chicness.

I do question the gold sandals and the hot-orange manicure, as they didn’t marry as seamlessly into the rest of the aesthetic.

Marion Cotillard In Armani Prive – ‘Angel Face (Gueule d’Ange)’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Following the ‘Girls Of The Sun (Les Filles Du Soleil)’ premiere and her photocall, Marion Cotillard attended the premiere for ‘Angel Face (Gueule d’Ange)’ this evening (May 12) during Cannes Film Festival.

Her third outing came courtesy of Armani Prive, which was an understated yet chic option.

You’ve struggled with a lot of Marion’s looks this campaign, but in this look you will find contemporary elegance from head-to-toe.

The designers signature black obi belt and black pumps completed this modern outing.
