Kristen Stewart In Chanel – Front Row @ Chanel Spring 2019 Haute Couture

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Kristen Stewart In Chanel - Front Row @ Chanel Spring 2019 Haute Couture

I usually bunch all the front row attendees together, but Kristen Stewart needed a post of her own, as there is much to discuss.

The actress, who has been a Chanel ambassador since 2013, stepped back into the limelight for the Spring 2019 Haute Couture show in Paris this morning (January 22).

There was unlikely to be a flowery moment from Kristen – that ship has sailed – so I’m always intrigued to see direction she’s likely to take.

'Jeremiah Terminator LeRoy' Toronto International Film Festival Premiere

The 2018 Toronto International Film Festival has to be the most well-attended. I’ve never known so many celebs take part in the festival. It was almost on par with Cannes in terms of numbers.

‘Jeremiah Terminator LeRoy’ was the last premiere to take place this term, with Kristen Stewart and Laura Dern in attendance.

Kristen Stewart: This was Kristen’s return to the red carpet following Cannes. The actress was sporting a new colour and cut, but the label stayed the same: Chanel. I’m not crazy about this Fall 2018 despite the embellishments. I just feel with the fashion being so good at this festival, this sweater dress wasn’t really on par. PVC-strapped Sophia Webster ‘Tara’ mules completed her look.

Laura Dern: Keeping things simple and chic in BOSS Fall 2018. I love the bow accented Roger Vivier sandals, but L’AFSHAR ‘Ida’ bag felt a bit random.

Which Was Your Favourite Kristen Stewart Look At Cannes?

Kristen Stewart In Chanel Haute Couture – ‘The Man Who Killed Don Quixote’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere & Closing Ceremony

Kristen Stewart was back on the red carpet at ‘The Man Who Killed Don Quixote’ premiere and Cannes Film Festival closing ceremony on Saturday (May 19), joining Olga Kurylenko.

No one will be surprised to see her in Chanel, but what was interesting was that she brought out a look from the Spring 2013 Haute Couture collection.

She has had many fashionable appearances at the festival, but this is her best look at the event.

This was her version of a princess dress and I was enamored with the ethereal yet strong finish it had.

Simply undoing a few buttons changed the mood from the runway version for a resplendent, uncomplicated finish.

Kristen Stewart In Chanel – ‘Knife + Heart (Un Couteau Dans Le Couer)’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

It would seem that Kristen Stewart didn’t stay long at the amfAR Cannes Gala, as she attended the premiere of ‘Knife + Heart (Un Couteau Dans Le Couer)’ during Cannes Film Festival on Thursday (May 17).

The actress channeled her inner…dare I say? Robert Pattinson wearing a borrowed-from-the-boys Chanel Resort 2018 look.

I love the longer length of her shawl collar blazer, the fact that she wore a blouse (the runway look would work for her in another setting), and how the rocker vibe of her sparkly trousers was translated into her hair.

All in all this felt more Saint Laurent than Chanel.

This may divide people, but I think she totally nailed this look.

Kristen Stewart In Chanel – amfAR Gala Cannes 2018

Kristen Stewart was one of the few non-models to attend tonight’s (May 17) amfAR Cannes Gala held at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, France.

Keeping up her 100% record of all things Chanel at the festival, the actress wore a Chanel Resort 2019 semi-sheer embroidered knit dress which is reimaging the iconic Breton stripe.

I’m sure you are as surprised as I am to see Kristen with a dress which falls close to her ankles, as mini dresses tend to be her prefer choice alongside trousers, yet the look doesn’t feel out of step like a ball gown would.

Opting for the less is more approaching to styling, the real story here is her makeup.
