‘I Am the Night’ is an upcoming six-episode limited television series starring Chris Pine and directed by Patty Jenkins, which premiered in New York City on Tuesday (January 22).

Chris Pine: Between the textured vest and checked trousers, I was able to look beyond those dashing movie-star looks to remind interested in this smart Ralph Lauren look. The Frye Company’s ‘Grady’ boots completed his look.

Front Row @ Dior Men’s Fall 2019

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Front Row @ Dior Men Fall 2019

Dior Men’s Fall 2019 fashion show took place on Friday (January 18), with a host of celebrities and supermodels in attendance.

Robert Pattinson: The British actor, who was apparently returning home from war, gave us the first look at Kim Jones’ Fall 2019 Dior Men’s collection before it hit the runway. Rocking the new trend of double outwear, I have to say I’m totally buying the look from the neck down. His signature tousled unkempt tresses would’ve worked better than the greasy unwashed look he settled for.

Christina Ricci: Dressed in Dior Men’s Spring 2019 light blue cashmere double-breasted ‘tailleur oblique’ jacket, with a matching  pants, I was in love with this look until I saw…

…Noomi Rapace: From the colour to the wool and mohair canvas fabrication, the Dior Men’s Spring look was so sharp I have a paper cut from typing.

Front Row @ dunhill Fall 2019

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Front Row @ dunhill Fall 2019

dunhill presented their Fall 2019 fashion show during Paris menswear fashion week, and they invited some of Hollywood’s best dressed men to the event hosted on Sunday (January 20).

Stephan James: Three different colours and textures makes for one undeniably suave dunhill look. I know some of you feel the double coat is a little contrived – as stated on Allison Williams post – but it’s that cold in Europe that two coats feel mandatory.

Rami Malek: Also opting for silk faille skinny trousers, the Golden Globe winner’s dunhill look focuses on the vibrant print of his walnut dash shirt and mac combo, which immediately catches your eye within this trio.

Riz Ahmed: Casual, yet smart and on-trend, I feel myself forgiving Riz for those multi-colour dunhill ‘Radial Runner’ sneakers, when a simple white or navy pair would’ve been preferred.

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

The men continue to make their creative presence known on the red carpet with a fresh round of sharp looks.

Bradley Cooper: The ‘A Star Is Born’ actor attended the IWC Schaffhausen at SIHH 2019 on Tuesday (January 15) in Geneva, Switzerland. He kept things classic in a navy blue and black Gucci suit with Christian Louboutin shoes and an IWC watch. I’m not sure if the slightly eschew bow tie was intentional, but he gets away with it.

Stephan James: The ‘If Beale Street Could Talk’ actor continues to demonstrate his flare in Etro with a David Yurman watch on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ on Thursday (January 17). With no socks and a white shirt the bold plaid suit is rather summery, but he’s doing his darnedest to make it work.

Front Row @ Louis Vuitton Fall 2019 Menswear

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Front Row @ Louis Vuitton Fall 2019 Menswear

It may be quiet stateside, but there was a lot of activity front row during Menswear Fashion Week at the Louis Vuitton Fall 2019 show this afternoon (January 17).

Timothee Chalamet: We have become so accustom to seeing the young actor in a suit, that this hoodie, jeans and sneakers look is a rarity. What you won’t be surprised to learn is that the whole look is from the Louis Vuitton Fall 2019 collection. Perhaps he was front row scouting for his Oscar look. It has been well documented that the actor doesn’t work with a stylist, and picks his clothes himself, à la Blake Lively.

2019 Critics’ Choice Awards Menswear

2019 Critics’ Choice Awards Menswear

The 2019 Critics’ Choice Awards were on Sunday (January 13) in Santa Monica, California, and the men showed up just as much as the women when it comes to the statement looks of the evening. There was hardly a standard suit in the mix here.

Timothée Chalamet: Your Best Dressed of last week kept his style-forward streak going strong in this painterly Alexander McQueen Resort 2019 suit. As always, he pulls off the directional look — complete with white sneakers — so seamlessly and nonchalantly.

John Legend: The singer-actor recently turned 40, but he looks as good as ever — especially with the rich, textural effect of this Ermenegildo Zegna XXX suit, styled with Christian Louboutin ‘Thomas III’ shoes.

Stephan James: The contrast piping on this slightly shrunken, slim-line Thom Browne suit gave it a an eye-catching edge. A Montblanc timepiece and David Yurman ring completed the look.
